Shipping
Most orders are shipped within two working days. If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you to apprise you of the details. We ship by the most economical method, usually Canada Post Expedited, however, if you would like alternate shipping, we will do our best to accommodate your request. All shipping charges are to be paid before the shipment leaves our store and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

International Shipping
We do ship internationally! Please email your order details so we can calculate your shipping charges.

Payment
We accept PayPal, money order, email transfer and credit card payments through PayPal (you do NOT need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card). Your order will not ship until payment is received. British Columbia residents will be charged Provincial Sales Tax and all orders shipped to Canadian addresses will be charged Goods & Services Tax.

Ordering
There is no minimum order. We do, however, suggest that you order several items as the cost of shipping one item is the same as shipping several.

Cancellation Policy

Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, please be aware that all sales are final and are not subject to return. In the event that your package arrives damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT IT and DO NOT OPEN IT. Return it with the carrier and notify us immediately. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to correct the situation.

Quality Control
We use the highest quality ingredients sourced from around the world. As ALL our products are handmade by us in small batches, there may be some slight variation from batch to batch, and such is the beauty and art of handcrafted skin products. Please use soaps within one year and all other skin care products within six months. Store products with caps on in a cool, dark place. Avoid getting liquid in any of the product containers. Let bar soap dry completely between uses and store out of water.
